FROM MANHATTAN

Subway and Bus: Take the F train (sit in the rear most car) to the last stop, 179 th Street (end of line). Follow the signs to Hillside Avenue (south side) Take the Q2 bus at Hillside Avenue and 179 th Street (in front of Burger King) Get off the bus at 104 th Avenue , cross the street and walk along 104 th to 196 th Street.

Car: Take the Triboro Bridge and follow signs East toward Queens-Long Island. Follow the Grand Central Parkway, remembering to stay in one of two left lanes (the two right lanes will deter you onto the Van Wyck Expressway) and exit at Francis Lewis Boulevard-South. Follow Francis Lewis down the hill to 104 th Avenue. (You will cross Jamaica Avenue and pass beneath the overhead railroad tracks). Make a right turn onto 104 th Avenue. Follow 104 th down to 196 th Street.

OR

Take the Queens-Midtown Tunnel (495 East) to the Long Island Expressway. Exit the LIE onto the Grand Central Parkway East and follow directions above.

FROM BOOKLYN

Subway and Bus: Take the G train to Queens Plaza then change to the F train to 179 th Street (last stop). Follow bus directions above.

Car: Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway (Interborough) to the Grand Central Parkway and follow directions from above.

FROM THE BRONX

Subway and Bus: Make connections with the F train and follow directions above from Manhattan.

Car: Take the Throgs Neck Bridge toward Eastern Long Island to the Clearview Expressway. Follow this to the end of the Expressway. Make a right turn onto Hillside Avenue. Go about ¼ of a mile (descending numbers) to Francis Lewis Boulevard and make a left turn. Continue to 104 th Avenue. Make a right turn and follow down to 196 th Street.

From Staten Island

Car: Take the Verrazano Bridge to the Belt Parkway East. Exit at Farmers Boulevard. Turn left at the traffic light and continue on Farmers to 104 th Avenue (about 1 mile). Turn right onto 104 th and follow over to 196 th Street.

LIRR From Penn Station take the Hempstead line to the Hollis Station. Exit short end of tunnel onto 193 rd Street. Walk over two blocks to 104 th Avenue. Turn left and walk up to 196 th Street. Just a five minute walk.
